This release comes originally in a shrinkwrapped cardboard sleeve, with a white paper innersleeve.
It looks like to be an 'unofficial' reissue of '126219' from Chic, covered by the Risco Connection band and the drummer / producer Joe Isaacs. The many Reggae / Ska / Rocksteady influences, ala The Soul Brothers, from the band, explains the tempo variations, the reverb and the instruments used for the tracks (at this period, vocalists Otis Gayle and Lorna Brooks were members of the band). The original release of this cover was named '[r=1602259' before, and it was probably released few times after '126219' by Chic, in 1979 or 1980.
